This app is provided by Aruba Hi-Winds for tournament registration and information purposes.

Information We Handle

Player registration information (code, date of birth, email) is transmitted to our tournament servers. The QR Access token is stored locally on your device.

Camera Permission

Camera access is used solely for scanning QR codes during on-site registration by staff members. No photos or videos are captured or stored.

Data Storage

Registration data and tokens are stored locally on your device. All transmitted data is sent securely via HTTPS to our tournament servers.

Push Notifications

Device tokens are transmitted to our tournament servers so we can send push notifications to you. These tokens are stored anonymously, not linked to IP addresses or other identifying information, and removed after the event.
